Returns and refunds

Thank you for supporting our small family homestead. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

Live Chicks

All live chick sales are final.
In the rare event of DOA (death on arrival), you must contact us within 2 hours of pickup with clear photos in original packaging. Approved claims may receive replacement chicks or store credit (shipping costs not included).

Hatching Eggs

All hatching egg sales are final.
We do not guarantee hatch rates due to factors outside our control (incubation methods, handling, temperature, or postal delays). No refunds or replacements are provided for poor hatch rates or cracked eggs caused during shipping.

Feed & Treat Products

Unopened, unused feed and treat products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened feed products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
