Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Live bird shipping dates will be communicated directly after purchase.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the product. Live birds and hatching eggs ship using approved poultry shipping methods where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Live poultry shipping timelines may vary based on weather and postal schedules.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. Live poultry shipping is subject to state regulations.
Tracking & Insurance
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Insurance is included when available through the carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our care. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.
Weather & Holiday Shipping
Extreme temperatures, holidays, or peak postal seasons may delay shipments. We may hold live shipments to ensure the safety of the birds.
Live Chick & Hatching Egg Shipping Policy
Because we are shipping live animals and fertile eggs, special policies apply.
Live Chick Shipping
- Chicks are shipped USPS Priority Mail (or approved live poultry service).
- Shipping days are typically Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- We may delay shipping due to extreme heat or cold for the safety of the chicks.
- Tracking will be provided once shipped.
- Someone must be available to pick up chicks promptly upon arrival.
We are not responsible for postal delays once chicks leave our care. In the rare case of DOA (death on arrival), you must notify us within 2 hours of pickup with clear photos in original packaging for consideration of replacement or credit (shipping not included).
Hatching Eggs
- Fertility is not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (incubation methods, handling, temperature fluctuations).
- Eggs are carefully packaged, but we are not responsible for damage caused by carriers.
- No refunds are given for cracked eggs or poor hatch rates.
